GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BUBBLYTHERM

This is Hybrid design of Fire tube and water tube combination, having gas tight fin welded membrane water wall furnace and Shell which consists of fire tubes. This design combine the advantage of both fire and water tube design and mostly suitable up to 12 TPH, 17.5 2 kg/cm (g) pressure. Atmospheric Fluidised Bed Combustion boiler capable of firing almost all the Bio mass / solid fuels having low calorific value, high moisture content or high ash content. Automated fuel firing system with either Under bed or Over bed or both firing option is possible with or without Bed coil to achieve highest combustion efficiency. These types of boilers can easily take the load fluctuation without affecting the overall Performance and Efficiency of the boiler.
