GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SOLIDTHERM

SOLIDTHERM is three pass full wet back, integral furnace shell type manual fired packaged boiler which can accept range of solid fuels for steam production. This model provides best solution for easy access & cost effective steam generation. Ensure highly efficient performance, occupying very less floor space with minimum site work in which rapid steaming can be achieved in no time. High freeboard area is provided to meet fluctuating load demands. Solidtherm gives diverse option as wet back & dry back model for suitable process heating need.

SAFETY INTERLOCKS:


  • Two nos. safety valve to operate the boiler safely
  • High steam pressure cut-off through pressure switch
  • Two nos. of fusible plug at rear tube sheet & IRC for highest safety
  • Mobrey with 3 Switches to have signal for automated feed pump ON/OFF operation and Fan cut off.
